Walk-In Store Policy

Sowraashi Boutique is a walk-in boutique. All purchases must be made in person at our store. We do not offer online ordering or delivery services.

Custom Tailoring

For custom tailoring services:

Measurements must be taken in person
A trial fitting may be scheduled
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
Minor alterations after initial fitting may be included

Payment Terms

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and UPI payments. An advance payment may be required for custom orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused items with original tags.

Liability

Product images on our website are for reference only. Actual colors and patterns may vary slightly. We are not liable for any discrepancies between displayed and actual products.
